This then leads me to question whether Pei Mei serum is a spin-off or low-budget Roushun serum. But that’s an answer for another day.
The serum itself is contained in a transparent dropper bottle. It is a viscous liquid that looks like an oil. But not too thick. You could mistake it for an eyedrop if removed from it container.
